An Important Comment About Joe Biden by a Doctor Friend of Mine

I won’t mention names, but I have a friend who is a great surgeon.  He made the following comment about the Debate and Joe Biden last night:

“VP Joe Biden demonstrated his lack of impulse control tonight for all the world to see. This is called “hypofrontality”, and is one of the traits seen in people who have had ruptured anterior communicating artery aneurysms. This happened to Joe Biden in 1998, and is a medical explanation of his frequent “gaffes”, as well as his rudeness on full display tonight. The “brakes” normally under control of the prefrontal cortex are defective. Please feel free to look it up. (1988, surgery at Walter Reed Hospital).”

Interesting…
